The point of Black Leaders’ Awareness Day is that leaders exist now. Some of the Black leaders who have inspired me alongside some of my own poetry. Black Leaders Awareness Day takes place on 18th July each year and the day is founded by Veronica Martin, a Black female COO, trustee, board member and business founder who is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders.
